The mobile application and associated data are hosted on Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (European Union).

Online platform operator

Nythy operates an online matchmaking platform within the meaning of Article L.111-7 of the French Consumer Code. As such, Nythy provides a listing and matchmaking service between merchant sellers and consumers, and delivers fair, clear and transparent information about the terms of this service.

Nythy acts solely as an intermediary and is not the seller of the products. The sales contract is concluded directly between the merchant (seller) and the consumer. Liability for the products, their conformity and food safety lies with the merchant; Nythy is responsible only for the platform service.

Payment collection is handled by Nythy as an intermediary, via the provider Stripe (Stripe Connect), on behalf of the merchants.

Online dispute resolution (ODR)

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, available at the following address:

This platform is free and lets you seek an amicable solution to a consumer dispute.

The Nythy trademark, logo, texts, visuals, databases and the source code of the website and application are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or use is prohibited.
