Nythy is a mobile application that connects consumers with local merchants offering discounted food products to fight food waste. Nythy also offers a community space to share, exchange and engage together. Our mission is to save food while allowing you to save money.

It's simple! 1) Download the app and sign in with Google or Apple. 2) Browse anti-waste offers near you. 3) Reserve and pay online via Stripe. 4) Pick up your order at the merchant with your pickup code. You just saved food!

Yes, the Nythy app is completely free for consumers. You only pay for the products you reserve, at reduced prices of course!

How do I reserve an offer?

Browse available offers near you, select the one that interests you, check the details (price, pickup times, products) then click 'Reserve'. You will receive a confirmation with all necessary information.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is made online when you reserve, via Stripe (methods shown at checkout). Nothing to pay at pickup: show your pickup code in the app.

The products offered are perfectly consumable. We ensure that products offered by merchants comply with applicable standards. These are the day's unsold items that would have been thrown away without buyers. Merchants remain responsible for the quality and food safety of their products.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel an order while it is unpaid (pending payment status). Once online payment is confirmed, automatic cancellation in the app is not yet available: contact the merchant or support@nythy.com. If you cannot make it, notify as early as possible to free the basket.

I'm a merchant, how do I join Nythy?

Sign up at nythy.com (merchant space / Nythy PRO). At signup: business email, password, business name and Terms acceptance. Complete your profile in Settings (address, SIRET, legal name…). Activation requires email verification, Nythy review, then Stripe Connect onboarding (KYC) for online payments. Contact: pro@nythy.com.
