This page is for standard user accounts (individuals) only. If you are a merchant or association, account deletion must be done from your dedicated space on the website.
Merchants: log in to your merchant space on the website, then go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete my account.
Associations: log in to your association space on the website, then go to Settings > Delete my account.
Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.
30-day Period
Your data will be kept for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can cancel the request at any time during this period.
What will be deleted
—Profile and personal information
—Order and reservation history
—Published reviews and comments
—Favorites and preferences
—Statistics and badges
—Posts and shared content
Tip: You can also do this instantly from the mobile app (Settings > Account > Delete my account).
